CAST for Kids is a community-based, no-for-profit child care program guided by a volunteer Board of Directors. The Board serves as the governing body and establishes policies, oversees operations, and ensures that the Centre meets its goals.

Board members are elected from among the parents and community members at our Annual General Meeting. Meetings are held monthly, and parents are welcome to attend, ask questions, and share suggestions.

During board meetings, the Supervisor and Assistant Supervisor provide updates on Centre activities, while the Treasurer handles financial reporting. All Board members follow a Code of Conduct that promotes trust, respect, and accountability.
